I would like to see a thing like a net term. Something that if you turn on net term for the client, at the bottom where it says "Please pay this amount" would instead be "Please pay this amount by: XX/XX/XXXX" and below that would be "This amount due if not paid by above date:"

I think you can change the wording there in the inc/lang_invoice.php file
